Advanced Evasive Driving, Phase
I
Advanced Evasive Driving classes take the student to new levels of expertise. Building
on the training in the basic driving course, the student will learn to handle his vehicle
with confidence in a dangerous situation. Students must be graduates of Basic Evasive
Driving and proficient in all of the exercises from that course before learning more
complex advanced maneuvers. Phase I starts with a classroom review of basics and refresher
on the track. From there the student learns new driving skills, further increasing his
chances of surviving an attack.
Classroom discussion includes a review of the basics, followed by the more complex and
detailed material listed below. All exercises will be discussed in class prior to taking
the track. Advanced driving incorporates increased accuracy during exercises with a much
higher level of stress.
